📝 Order Processing Timeline
At Athle Fans Gear, we typically take 5 to 7 business days to prepare and process an order before it ships out.
Need your order handled faster? Reach out to us before you place it, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Business Hours: Monday through Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will move into processing the next business day.
Note: As all our items are handmade, every order goes through a careful inspection before dispatch. Occasionally, if we notice an issue with the stitching, sizing, or finishing, we may need extra time to correct it. We believe it is better to send the correct, fault-free product slightly later than to deliver something that does not meet our quality standards.

- Free Shipping: 8–10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–6 business days
Delivery timeframes start counting once processing is complete. Our team works diligently to make sure every package arrives safely and on time.

Athle Fans Gear delivers to customers all over the world. Delivery windows can differ depending on the destination. Occasionally, international orders may face delays due to customs processing, weather disruptions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: Shipping to Brazil may take longer, with delivery estimated between 9 to 18 business days due to customs processing.

The delivery timeframes listed on our site are estimates, not guarantees. While most packages arrive within the expected window, delays caused by carriers, customs, or other outside factors are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund once the order has shipped.
📦 Address Restrictions
For security and accurate delivery, we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a full shipping address, including street name and house number, to avoid any delivery issues.
